Pay, then preview
You pay by UPI at checkout. We send your design preview on WhatsApp and print only after you approve it.
Cancel free before approval
Change your mind before approving the design? Full refund. After approval, the order can't be cancelled.
Your photos stay yours
You confirm you can use them; we use them only for your order and never post them without permission.
Damage is on us
Damaged, wrong or undelivered orders are reprinted or refunded under our refund policy.

1Who we are
These terms apply to orders placed with Genie Shoppy, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu ("we", "us") through this website, WhatsApp or phone. By placing an order you agree to them.
2Orders
- Your order is placed when you check out and pay. We start making it once you approve the design preview.
- We may decline an order that contains content we can't print (see section 5). If we do, we refund everything you've paid.
3Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. Any delivery charge and coupon discount are shown in your order summary before you pay.
- All orders are prepaid by UPI on the checkout page. We don't offer cash on delivery.
- We confirm your payment against the screenshot or UPI reference you share. If a payment can't be verified, we'll contact you before going ahead.
4Design preview and approval
- We send a design preview for every order. Please check names, dates, spelling and photo placement carefully.
- Once you approve the preview, we print exactly what you approved.
- Screen colours vary between devices, so printed colours may look slightly different from your screen.
5Your photos and content
- You confirm you have the right to use the photos and text you send us.
- We don't print content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights.
- We use your photos only to make your order. See our privacy policy.
6Delivery
Delivery timelines are in our shipping policy. They are estimates. Courier delays outside our control can happen, and we'll help you track and resolve them.
7Returns, refunds and cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund before approving the design. Personalised products can't be returned once printed with your approval. Damaged, wrong or undelivered orders are covered by our refund policy.
8Previews and sizes on this website
3D, room, AR and "exact size on my wall" previews show size, proportion and colour as accurately as your device allows, and they are a guide. Frame sizes refer to the photo size; the whole print is visible and the frame adds 1 inch on every side (a 12x18 is 14 × 20 inches outside).
9Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
